Synopsis:

An unprecedented worldwide prison break is orchestrated by the Society. Government officials, wardens, guards and the like are bribed or in most cases threatened to simultaneously release the inmates at their facilities.
The heroes, caught off guard by the scope of the villains' plans and lacking many of their heavy hitters, are stretched thin. Still, a defense is mustered and the heroes learn they must make their stand in Metropolis. The villains, greater in number and power to start with have added to their advantage by adding Doomsday to their ranks.
The Secret Six, enemies of both heroes and villains, opt to avoid the oncoming battle. Odds are they will battle the survivors of whichever side wins.
