Comment(s):
- Story continued from the previous issue and continues in the next issue.
- Bloodwynd comments on Booster Gold's lack of weaponry (as a result of the JLA's battle with Doomsday). However, Fire is mistakenly shown as still having her powers, which she lost for some time as a result of that same battle.
Synopsis: - Duke Donald is horrified to find that he has no body and the world has changed radically, but manages to summon the JLA nonetheless. Meanwhile, Power Girl charges into Russia, and although she is rescued by an amnesiac Green Lantern, her actions are enough for Sonar to be able to complain of invasion. In Modora, Elongated Man recovers from his injuries, discovers Sonar's plan and heads to Moscow. Here, he is horrified to see Aquaman arrested and the other League members and their allies being brainwashed. Even worse, Sue Dibny declares that she now loves Sonar. Meanwhile, the American branch of the Justice League, accompanied by Flash and Chandi Gupta, head East. And Crimson Fox discovers that Sonar has gathered a small army of super-heroes who object to the League's actions in supposedly invading Russia.
