The reincarnation of a Germanic warrior, Albrecht von Mannheim became the modern Wild Huntsman to fight evil in Germany. He eventually joined the Global Guardians and seemingly sacrificed himself in battle against the evil Fain Y'onia.

HISTORY

The reincarnation of a Germanic warrior, Albrecht von Mannheim became the modern Wild Huntsman to fight evil in Germany. He eventually joined the Global Guardians and served alongside other international heroes, fighting crime all over the world. For a time, the Global Guardians, including the Wild Huntsman, were mindcontrolled by Queen Bee, the dictator of the nation of Bialya and came into conflict with the Justice League International. The Global Guardians eventually broke free of Queen Bee and returned to fight the good fight.

The Wild Huntsman sacrificed himself in battle against the evil Fain Y'onia, who had already killed Bushmaster and Thunderlord and depowered others. When the villain decided to retreat back to the mists of time, the Wild Huntsman followed him, fighting to the end. Neither has been seen since.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

The Wild Huntsman possessed superhuman strength, and used an arsenal of magic weapons. He had a black steed named Orkan and a dog named Donnerschlag.
