HISTORY

The original planet Tamaran was devastated by Raven (VI) when she was influenced by her evil father Trigon. Surviving Tamaraneans, led by the princess sisters Koriand’r (Starfire III) and Komand’r, settled on Jalascis, a solitary moon on the edge of the Vega system and dubbed it “New Tamaran”. For a short time, the Tamaraneans lived there in happiness. Then disaster struck again as New Tamaran was destroyed by the star-devouring creature known as the Sun-Eater. Most of the Tamaraneans were killed. Ph'yzzon was one of the dead. Blackfire was believed killed, but had survived.

The few remaining Tamaraneans settled on the planet Karna back in the Vegan system, but it was later destroyed by Imperiex.
