HISTORY

General Ph'yzzon of the First Order of the Golden Sun was a space fleet commander on the planet Tamaran. He fought bravely against Dark Raven when she destroyed his home planet, and eventually fell in love with Tamaran's princess Koriand'r (a.k.a. Starfire III). Possessing solar powers similar to hers, Ph'yzzon eventually married Starfire and they became rulers of the colony known as New Tamaran. Some sources say that this was a marriage more of politics than passion.

Ph'yzzon was eventually killed when the Sun-Eater destroyed New Tamaran as well.
