Synopsis: - Lorena and Aquaman confront the scientist Mr. Geist who says that he caused the Sub Diegans to become water breathers for their own good and the good of mankind. For once polar warming causes the ice-caps to melt, then humanity will have to take to the sea. He created the serum, which is activated by a rapid infusion of salt water, using a genetic sample from Aquaman. However, the machine that caused the 'infusion' (the quake that sunk half of San Diego) was not his work. Eventually, Lorena reaches the end of the time she can survive without water and Aquaman must take her back to the ocean to save her life. He drags Mr. Geist along with him.
