HISTORY

The man who is responsible for the sinking of San Diego and transformation of much of the populace into water-breathers. He was working on behalf of a shadowy corporation and later came to regret his actions. He began to assist Aquaman in 'Sub Diego', conducting research as well as carrying out other work, such as enhancing the physique of Alonzo Malrey. However, he began experiencing blackouts and transformed into an OMAC, attacking Aquaman in a fight that eventually led to his death.
