Comment(s):
- By the end of this story, Mekanique's "protection" of 1942 from the time-altering effects of the Crisis on Infinite Earths has ceased. A photograph of the All-Star Squadron is taken by Johnny Quick. Later, when it is delivered to FDR, various members are no longer shown, and are replaced by other heroes from the Freedom Fighters, having their own post-Crisis changes, notably the collapse of Earth-X into the post-Crisis version of Earth.
- Aquaman is erased from post-Crisis continuity. His position in the photograph is taken by Black Condor.
- Robin is erased from post-Crisis continuity. His position in the photograph is taken by Plastic Man.
- Superman is erased from post-Crisis continuity. His position in the photograph is taken by Uncle Sam.
- Wonder Woman is erased from post-Crisis continuity. Her position in the photograph is taken by Phantom Lady. Her place in history was taken up Miss America and, for a time, by a time-traveling Queen Hippolyta.
- Human Bomb and the Jester are added to the post-Crisis photograph.
- Green Arrow and Speedy will later be erased from post-Crisis continuity, notably their positions in the Seven Soldiers of Victory will be taken by T.N.T. and Dyna-Mite.
