HISTORY

Rotwang was a scientist of the 23rd century who sent his creation, the robot Mekanique to the past to infiltrate the All-Star Squadron and thereby making sure that he would become the dictator of his era. Mekanique was later exposed and defeated by the Young All-Stars (and still later, Infinity, Inc.), but it is not known whether Rotwang's reign was prevented.
