HISTORY

Vorvan is a planet in the Andromeda Galaxy which is home to a race of humanoids similar to Earth's Neanderthals. One of these humanoids, calling himself Golden Man, was a mutant with power and intelligence far beyond that of his kin. He created Vorvan City and a teleportation device to amuse himself by hunting on other planets.

Viewing Earth, he became interested in two super speedsters, the Flash (Barry Allen) and Kid Flash (Wally West.) Bringing them to his world, as he would use their speed energy to power a device that would accelerate the evolutionary process of his species.
