HISTORY
- A yet unseen planet, Torquin was ruled by a despotic alien king. Public executions and destruction of ancient relics were the norm, but the offworld king enraged the quadrant with the destruction of Torquin's procreation facilities. The rage led to the hiring of the assassin K'lassh who fulfilled his contract, killing the despot king in his own palace.
