HISTORY
Sometime after receiving his powers as part of Lex Luthor's Everyman Project, the Tornado Ninja flew into action when Metropolis was deluged by time-displaced pirates and cyborgs. It soon became a massacre as the Everyman heroes were slaughtered by the Mister Mind-controlled Skeets.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
The Tornado Ninja had only displayed the power to ride a column of cyclonic air before his untimely death.
