HISTORY

The Top of the 25th Century was a officer of the Court of Temporal Justice and member of the Reverse-Flash Task Force known as the Renegades. They were assigned to not only stop crime, but to erase it from history. Requirements to be on the force were hrsh. Should an ancestor be found to have a criminal record, the officer would be blacklisted.

To protect his career, the Top had to prevent Barry Allen AKA the Flash from discovering the true killer in an early 21st Century murder case. Believing all would be resolved when time was reset and history changed, the Top had no compunctions about killing those that threatened his plans. He had killed his comrade, the Mirror Monarch and was about to kill Iris West-Allen as well before he was apprehended by the Flash. The Top was brought back to the 25th Century to face justice. - Flash Vol. 3 #1 - 6

POWERS AND WEAPONS

The Top derives his powers from a friction-proof spin suit. He is able to create vortexes to suck the very air out of a target.
