HISTORY

Home planet of Green Lantern Arkkis Chummuck. Toomey VI is the home of a canine race resembling hybrids of humans and wolves, and is ruled by a leader called "the Foremost". The inhabitants have very strict codes of honor that can seem peculiar to other cultures. Toomey VI fought a long war with the planet Xanshi, but the conflict was ended by Arkkis Chummuck.
