HISTORY

Fleeing from Green Lantern Stel, the Sinestro Corps soldier of Sector 2825 thought it would be safe within the Vega System in Sector 2828. Lantern Stel would not give up chase as the Sinestro Corps soldier was wanted for at least seven murders in Stel’s home sector 3009.

Both entered the Vega system but there was a more powerful force at work. Angered by a perceived violation of his treaty with the Guardians of the Universe, Larfleeze AKA Agent Orange sent one of his Orange Lantern avatars after the two foes. The Sinestro Corps soldier was consumed and its yellow power ring was taken by the Orange Lantern. Green Lantern Stel fared slightly better, in that he was just torn apart, branded and sent back to Oa as a warning to the Guardians. - Green Lantern Vol. 4 #39
