Continued from the previous issue. Three weeks elapse between p20 and p21.

Synopsis:

Batman and Robin's encounter with Scarab does not go as planned, and the assassin gets the better of them. However, when she sees that Robin is female, Scarab assumes that one of the boys she has already killed was the previous Robin, and resolves to end her job in Gotham at this point. During their encounter, Robin planted a tracer device on Scarab, so she and Batman are able to track her down. Batman orders Robin to stay out of the fight, but she leaps in when she believes Batman is in trouble. Scarab escapes and leaves the country, and Stephanie is fired as Robin, as she broke her agreement with Batman and disobeyed a direct order.
