Synopsis: - Batman and the new Robin discover that many of the criminals they encounter are causing chaos at the request of local mobster Henry Aquista and wonder why. Meanwhile, Tim wonders why he has not heard from Stephanie in weeks, eventually discovering that there is a new, female, Robin, which is inevitably the answer. The new Robin soon discovers, thanks to Batman, that there appears to be a serial killer in Gotham hunting the former Robin. Batgirl is sent to watch over Tim while Batman and Robin stake out the home of another likely target, where they encounter the assassin Scarab.
