HISTORY

Radiant was a member of the Clock King's Clockwatchers, who were defeated by Chase, the Teen Titans (II), Booster Gold, and Firehawk in less than 15 minutes of fighting.

The teen villains were taken into the custody of the D.E.O. and presumably were taken to one of the Orphanages. - Chase #4

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Radiant was a teenaged super-villain with the power to emit deadly doses of radiation from his eyes.
