HISTORY

When the first villain calling himself Printer's Devil came out of jail, another villain using the name assaulted him and forced him to give up his Devil's costume and weapons. The second Printer's Devil was a businessman in the printer's business, who had recently lost a printing contract, and allied himself with two other failed businessmen-gone-supervillains, Bad Penny and the Pinball Wizard. The trio attacked the Star City World's Fair, blaming its futuristic exploits for putting them out of business, but were battled and defeated by Green Arrow (Oliver Queen).
