HISTORY

A coalition of the sentient minds of planets throughout the universe. During the time when the Swamp Thing had been endowed with the powers of all the Elemental Parliaments of Earth (Earth, Fire, Air and Water), he intended to re-make Earth with the blessing of his new masters, the Parliament of Worlds. At the end, the Swamp Thing decided to halt those plans and it now seems as if his omnipotent "planet elemental powers" have been revoked.
