Synopsis:
Carter Hall and Daniel Evans from the Stonechat Museum travel to Kahndaq, where they have been asked to assist with an excavation. The archaeologists there are planning to leave, as civil war is predicted and the feared leader of the country, Asim Muhunnad, has 'suggested' they leave. When they uncover a tomb of ancient royalty, Black Adam appears on the scene, as it is the tomb of his wife and children. Hawkman agrees that this should not be uncovered, and listens to Black Adam's proposal that he quit the JSA and join with Adam, Northwind and others who will get things done swiftly and finally. But before Hawkman can make his reply, Northwind and Black Adam leave. And back in St. Roch, a mysterious man has plans for Hawkman...
