Synopsis: - Brick is sick and tired of the interference of 'Team Green', which is costing him a large slice of his criminal business. He decides to bring some distractions to town. A week later, Arsenal confronts Green Arrow about allowing Mia to become the next Speedy, unsure whether this is a good thing. They are interrupted by news of a bank robbery perpetrated by the Duke of Oil, an old foe of the Outsiders. The two Green Arrows, plus Speedy and Arsenal, intercept the Duke and face off against him. Arsenal finds himself trapped in the bank with a number of civilians. Above him, Constantine Drakon is anticipating revenge.
