Synopsis: - Wally West tests out his theory that he has super-speed and discovers it to be true, but he will not believe he is the Flash - after all, the Flash is at least partly responsible for the deaths of his unborn children. Detectives Chyre and Morillo are investigating the frozen cops deaths, assisted by new forensics scientist Alexander Petrov, who has an abrasive encounter with West at the police department garage. Later, Wally encounters a group of youths who attempt to mug him. He is eventually able to kick into super-speed, but not until after they have hurt him. His speed causes a boom which brings down a building on top of them, also activating the Flash ring he has, causing a familiar scarlet costume to spring out of it.
