Synopsis: - Wally West no longer remembers he is the Flash, and nor does anyone else. Keystone's Rogues are becomign ever bolder, and members of the police department are showing up flash-frozen across the city. On his 'lunch' break from his night shift with the police department's mechanics, Wally meets a man called Len, not realising that it is Captain Cold. And later, when involved in a traffic accident, he shifts into super-speed for long enough to rescue others before passing out. When he regains consciousness, someone hands him a ring bearing the logo of the Flash.
