Synopsis: - Aquaman and Black Manta follow the Thirst to the Tigris and the fourth river goddess, at the cradle of civilization and the headwater of the Secret Sea, perhaps a reflection of the Garden of Eden. Here, Aquaman gains control of the Thirst's power for a time, but is betrayed by Black Manta. The Thirst drains the Tigris Sister dry and when Aquaman attacks Manta with his watery hand, the Thirst is able to merge with him, overpowering the Waterbearer. Meanwhile in Atlantis, Hagen arrives to arrest Vulko for treachery, but Vulko is saved by Tempest and Man O' War, the three of them planning to take Atlantis back. But Hagen reveals the final monstrous creation of Tubold and Skuld before their deaths, a creature so powerful that not even Aquaman and his allies will be able to stop it.
