Comment(s):

The All-Star Squadron does not actually appear in this story, only as referenced by the Shining Knight.
The story told by the Shining Knight is adapted from Leading Comics #3 with new details, which occurs in early January 1942.
In the post-Crisis version of this story, Green Arrow and Speedy were replaced by T.N.T. and Dyna-Mite.
The lighthouse used by Doome may be the same lighthouse used by Brain Wave as a headquarters later.
