HISTORY

Voss was the military leader of the Kathartans of New Morlaidh, a race of yellow-skinned six-inch height aliens living in the Amazon Jungle. Voss was a good friend of the Atom (Ray Palmer) who lived with the Kathartans for some time. Voss and all his fellow Kathartans were killed by rogue CIA agents firebombing their miniature society.
