Synopsis: - Nightwing's attack on Argent shocks the other Titans out of their actions, wherupon he reveals that they were all affected by a mind-controlling substance, which Argent was immune to due to her previous use of Garrett Donovan's Apex drug. At that moment, Garrett Donovan (or Garvan) and the Favored arrive. They show the Titans the truth of the situation - that Garvan is a freedom fighter, and the world has been overrun by the likes of Hallucinatra, who keep everyone subservient through their dependance on narcotics. He has brought with him a cannister of a substance which he hopes will permeate his world's atmosphere, making it so that anyone who breathes the gas in can no longer accept the drugs, forcing them to go 'cold turkey'. The Titans only intention is to protect the 'Chosen', who have been brought here partly through a 'choice-enhacing' drug, but when Donovan is killed and Hallucinatra makes off with the cannister, Arsenal explodes it, ensuring that the planet of addicts will be 'clean'.
- As the Titans are making their way back to their world, the S.T.A.R. scientists cure Tempest of his addiction to Garvan's world's drug. Dolphin is delighted until she realises that his first worry when he awakens is that the Titans got back safely.
