OVERVIEW

Professor Alpheus V. Hyatt is the inventor of the pool of white light formed from all colors which turned out to have the capacity of penetrating the time barrier. Since it's only a few decimeters wide, Hyatt's friend, the shrinking super-hero known as the Atom (Ray Palmer), is virtually the only one who can use it for time-travel, and has done that on several occasions.
