HISTORY

The last of the Wizards of Juru, Thul-Kar survived the destruction of Krypton by escaping to the Phantom Zone by mystic means. He attempted to escape at some point, earning the wrath of Aethyr who punished the wizard by horribly disfiguring the left side of his face.
