HISTORY

Vietnam vet Philip 'Three-Eye' Reardon had an accident that destroyed his eyesight, and underwent experimental surgery that reconnected his optic nerves to the sensory cells in his finger-tips, which gave Reardon the ability to see with his ten fingers. Dubbed 'the Ten-Eyed Man' Reardon (surprisingly) became a threat to the Batman by using his astonishing sight abilities. Later, Reardon donned a funky 'super-villain' costume while fighting the Man-Bat. The Ten-Eyed Man was killed by Shadow-Demons during the Crisis.
