Usage
Below is a copy of the Infobox_locale template used for locale profiles, with explanations of the various template fields.

| altitude = Altitude above sealevel of the locale in question (if known, sub-orbital)

| country = Name of the country in which the locale resides
| state = Name of the state within the country in which the locale resides
| in-story creator(s) = Name of creator, if known
| warden = If prison, Name of warden separated by ;
| former_warden(s) = If prison, Name of former warden(s) separated by ;
| inmates = If prison or asylum, Name(s) of prominent inmate(s) separated by ;
| former_inmates = If prison or asylum, Name(s) of prominent former inmate(s) separated by ;
| facility_staff = Name of prominent staff (current or former) separated by ;
| students/alumni = Name of prominent students (current or former) separated by ;
| inhabitants = Name of prominent inhabitants separated by ;
| first_appearance = Name of comic that marks the character's first appearance in the following format: {{c|Title Vol. X #X}} (Month Year) (e.g. {{c|Justice League of America Vol. 2 #1}} (October 2006)).
| creators = List the creators of the characters separated by comma.
| overview = A short history of the locale. Only a few paragraphs long.
