Hey everyone - should this be "Batman & the Monster Men" or "Batman & The Monster Men" or (presumably) following the title indicia as the GCD usually does; "Batman: The Monster Men"  ???

I'm OK with whatever, I just want to line it up with the covers, the title index and the releases.
