HISTORY

Formerly a member of a super-villain team named Mayhem which operated in Gotham City, the Tailor now sells his skills in hi-tech weapon and armor design to various parties in Gotham City, including both the heroes and the villains, whoever has the most cash. Recently, he was accused by his former partners in crime of betraying them, which put his estranged wife and daughter in danger. He was eventually able to prove his innocence, and became a richer man through the experience. Known clients include Hush and Robin.
