HISTORY
A mysterious being, formerly working behind the scenes, the Supplier dealt with the acquisition and sale of items of great value. Nothing is known about his origins but he has let it be known that he works both on Earth and off-world. Additionally, the Supplier would gather labor for criminal organizations such as Kobra and H.I.V.E. by placing a neural implant in a selected person. This implant would temporarily erase the carrier's memory making them subservient to their master. The implant itself could be remotely detonated causing instant death.
When the Supplier bought an item called the ogalict from a Psion, planning to deliver it to a Khund warrior, an employee chose to ship the package via Blue and Gold Express. Blue and Gold, founded by former Justice Leaguers Blue Beetle and Booster Gold, used JLA transporter technology to send packages almost instantaneously to their destinations. Unfortunately, the transporter used had Kyle Rayner's address of 175 Bleeker Street in New York City from the JLA database, rather than the correct address of 133 Bleeker Street. - Green Lantern Vol. 3 #115 - 116
It arrived in the apartment of Kyle Rayner, known to the JLA as Green Lantern. Thinking it was a package for him, Rayner guessed and entered the P.I.N. "D-O-N-N-A" which alerted the Supplier's forces, rather than opening the package.
A fight broke out for the possession of the package and Booster Gold and Plastic Man soon were on the scene to aid Green Lantern. Attempting to learn where the armored minions of the Supplier would take the package, Plastic Man took the place of the container which was taken to the Supplier's base of operations on 133 Bleeker Street. - Green Lantern Vol. 3 #115
Plastic Man was soon found out by the Supplier and tortured for the whereabouts of the package. It was not long before Green Lantern and Booster Gold found the Supplier and faced his personal army once more. Instead of fighting, the Supplier offered to exchange Plastic Man for the package, as well as a side offer to Green Lantern. The Supplier would give a sum exceeding the net worth of the so-called "Jewel Planet" of Gahambra IV in trade for Green Lantern's power ring.
The Supplier was incensed when he learned the heroes had opened the package and demanded they turned over the metal ball immediately and had released a gas to disorient his foes. They were able to free Plastic Man before they succumbed to the gas and the battle with the Supplier's minions resumed. The Supplier himself was willing to destroy New York City to retrieve the ogalict and Plastic Man captured him, rather than fighting. The villain offered to trade the ogalict for the lives and fredom of his personal army. The dozens of humans that had been implanted were scheduled to be shipped to an alien world over 350,000 light years away where they would certainly die, before that the Supplier would kill them on the spot if he did not get what he wanted.
Once Green Lantern agreed and gave him the ogalict, the Supplier freed the armored forces. He refused to tell him the heroes what the ogalict was and disappeared soon after, vowing they would pay for making his existence public.
Unbeknownst to the Supplier, Green Lantern had substituted a ring-generated copy for the ogalict. However, when the heroes went to retrieve the real item from a nearby roof top, they discovered it was gone. - Green Lantern Vol. 3 #116

GLCWP NOTE
Just for clarification, Kyle's address, as established in a number of prior issues, is "175 Bleeker," not "132 Bleecker."
