OVERVIEW
Slats follows in his father's footsteps becoming a masked crimefighter, aided by two of his friends as the Blue Boys.
HISTORY
- "Slats" Mehlville's father was Dick "Tubby" Mehlville, a member of the 1940s "kid hero" team known as Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys. The sons of the originals (who seemingly all got children late in their lives) became the new Blue Boys when Doctor Light threatened their hometown a couple of years ago. The kids defeated the villain, but haven't been seen since.
