HISTORY

An officer in the Metropolis Special Crimes Unit, second in command to Lieutenant Leocadio, Skeeter was often accompanied by reporters in his helicopter, probably because he tended to get on with them better than his superior officer does. A loyal officer and a good man, Skeeter was killed by the mysterious Ruin.
