HISTORY

Born two days after the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, the "young" woman known as Skeeter at some point became a vampire. In the late 20th / early 21st Century, she made her way to Gotham City where she left a trail of victims and caught the attention of Batman.

Batman tracked Skeeter back to her hometown where he learned she had created a horde of followers. He managed to escape her clutches, but she was about to bite Superman before the Dark Knight but a stake through her heart, ending her threat and releasing those she had enthralled. - Action Comics Annual #1

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Skeeter possessed the vampiric power to mesmerize a victim before attacking. She had increased strength as well. It is not known if she had other traditional powers attributed to vampires.
