HISTORY

The hunchbacked Sieur Satan was a member of the Faultless Four, a criminal quartet that attempted to steal the secret of the "Atomic Bombardier" from a Major Williams in 1940. Their plan was thwarted by the Flash, secretly the boyfriend of the Major's daughter, Joan. Sieur Satan tried to kill Flash by electrifying the Faultless Four's HQ, but only managed to electrocute his own team mates. Fleeing, Sieur Satan seemed to perish in a car crash, but returned once in 1941, fighting the Flash with a powerful underground drilling machine.
