Synopsis: - Catwoman breaks into a museum to steal a work of modern art, only to find it has already been stolen, but the police and her fence Starkey think she was the thief. She slowly discovers that the Storrow Streat area is under new management, a group which seems to have chased away all competition in all areas of crime, and seems to be particularly big on drugs. Things become personal when Arizona is beaten up by one of this group.
