Dr. Stan Macklin was a researcher at MediChem when he was was hideously deformed after an accident there. Dressed in a snakelike suit, and calling himself Serpentine he sought revenge on his former colleague, Jordan Quick. He came into conflict with Firebrand (Alex Sanchez).
