OVERVIEW

This assassin who never failed, failed to take into account the fastest man alive. While not a costumed foe in his first encounter with Barry Allen, he did return in a costume the second time he faced the Flash, which led to his demise. A second Saber-Tooth (Loretta Nordan) later attacked Flash, this one a female...but she was also unsuccessful in facing him, later dying in battle herself.
