OVERVIEW

Roxy Rocket is a former Hollywood stunt double, who after losing her job took to a life of crime. When she was first seen she had stolen the plans for some ion thrusters from S.T.A.R. Labs but was stopped by Batman. Some time later she was hired by Roulette to take part in a game with the purpose of bringing down Batman III, but this time she was stopped by the new Batgirl V and Robin IV.
