OVERVIEW

This villain 'bought' his name from the original Red Dart and used the equipment of still another villain. The Red Dart stole Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner)'s power ring during a riot at the Belle Reve prison, which in turned paved the way for 'the Mageddon War'.
