Synopsis: - Enter Death Masque, a villain designed to be Ray's arch-nemesis. Their first encounter is almost fatal for the Ray, untill he shuts his own computer-made creation off. Later, the very entity of light that created the Ray returns and only one person can help him save Philadelphia... the super-powered criminal Dr. Polaris. However the Ray must break him out of prison first.
