HISTORY

The Arcana was an organization of mysterious power-brokers manipulating the major players of the world. One of the leaders was the Queen of Spades, who did not seem to be identical with the any of the previous teams. A card terminology was abundant in the ranks, but a connection to the Royal Flush Gang has never been revealed. The Arcana organization was destroyed and maybe taken over by Maxwell Lord in his new identity as Lord Havoc II, but the details of this have yet to be revealed. The Queen's current whereabouts are unknown.
