HISTORY

Years ago, the alien H'San Natall created several hybrids of Earth and H'san Natall genetic material. While most were born and raised on Earth, the girl named Prysm was born on a spaceship and placed in a techno-suit through which life experiences were fed to her. In her fantasy world, Prysm was a princess living with her pet dragon and a "50s TV show"-like family.

She was eventually freed from the virtual reality by her "siblings", and although shocked upon learning that her entire life had been a lie, joined them in forming the Teen Titans (II). She worked heroically with the Titans for some time, but never quite adapted to life on Earth. Her glass-like appearance and colorful light powers made her an outcast.

During an encounter with the H’San Natall, Prysm met her father, Ch'ah, who looked almost like her. Finally feeling that she belonged somewhere, Prysm and her teammate Fringe decided to stay with the aliens in space. The team disbanded soon afterwards. Prysm and Fringe were last seen with an army of Titans during the Technis Imperative conflict, but returned into space shortly thereafter.
