HISTORY

Abigail Moorland learned the arcane arts and plagued the skies of Opal City flying a broom as the Prairie Witch in the 1940s. She had big gang of faithful thugs to her aid, and engaged in murderous rituals which she believed blessed her crimes. The Prairie Witch was defeated twice by Starman (I), who nonetheless refused to acknowledge her powers as supernatural. In recent years, the aged and frail Mrs. Moorland assisted Culp with a spell that helped him cage the entire city of Opal within a dome of shadow energy.
