OVERVIEW

Originally a substitute for Power Ring III on the Crime Syndicate of 'Earth 2', the current bearer of the name found that he inherited the ring of Volthoom and a position with the Syndicate when his universe was destroyed and remade. He accompanied the Syndicate to our Earth, where he discovered that he resembles the Justice League's then-current Green Lantern, John Stewart.
