A wheelchair-bound crimelord who allied himself with the rogue dream Quivering Annie in an attempt to take over the world using Dream’s Dreaming Powder. His plans where thwarted through the combined forces of Dreaming Agent Mervyn Pumpkinhead and Potiphar’s own niece, Holly Daze.
